Missing item in the delivery package

I have order 10 items of the same product and delivery acceptance was done in my absence.When I opened the boxes the following day,I found out one item is missing.I sent email to report this but unfortunately it does not look like they are still using email for queries.

According to their QA mine does not appear and this does not look like is a shortage that they are aware about it is just pure mistake from their side.

Contact centre takes forever to take my call and I have since not been able to get my complained through to any of their channels.
