Missing item

You don't even deserve 1 star! MISSING ITEM!!!!!

I ordered 3, 3d pens (2 blue and 1 pink). I have received 1 pink and 1 blue, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SECOND, BLUE, 3D PEN! I have called the customer care line numerous time, holding for 30min at a time WITHOUT SUCCESS!! This is the third time I have had issues with ordering from you. I WILL NOT be ordering from Takealot again. You don't care about customer service at all!
