Missing item

Good Morning,

Im really upset with the below email because when I received the item it was only the extender without the network cable, on top of that the reset button was missing..when I logged a ticket I did state that on the notes that the network cable was not there including the reset button.

This is unacceptable, I have had that item before and everything was in place when I received it...but unfortunately it broke...hence I ordered another one through take a lot.

Tell me how am I to return a cable I never received?
