Missing Item and No Assistance from Take a Lot!!

My Mom placed an order for 5x items. The order was delivered on the 6th September which was a Friday. Once the boxes were open my Mom realised that the screen protector and installation kit wasn’t in any of the boxes. On Monday 9th September 2024 she let Takealot know that the item was paid but is missing it was never delivered. She has got emails from them asking how many boxes were delivered even the driver phoned and yet she still doesn’t have the screen protector and installation kit that she paid for and never received. It’s ridiculous today is the 20th September 2024 and she still doesn’t have something she paid for. The after sales service is shocking. Why can’t they just send her another one. You can’t expect her to pay for something, not get it and then just forget about it!! She’s a pensioner and every cent means a lot to her. She just wants what she paid for!!
