Missing item and damaged product after Takealot sent back my return

I bought the Gamdias Eros M3 Elite Stereo 2-in-1 Gaming Headset Combo. It was supposed to be headsets and a stand, but I only received the headsets. I returned them at their request, the same day I received them and they told me I damaged them so they won't refund me. When they sent back the headsets, it looked like those headsets had been used for years, the leather on the headsets is coming off. The headsets have years of wear and tear and they are saying I damaged the headsets in just 2 days. And they still haven't delivered the missing item
