Missing Item

Order *** arrived on Saturday , two parcels , one had the journals and the other bigger box had mouse pad , sticky memo pad case , marco bamboo mid size notebook and pen .. I then called takealot because I ordered 5 items - 3piece VSCO ombre timer water bottle blue missing from the boxes .. Had a lovely gentleman on the line who assured me he would log a replacement to have it delivered .. later on I log into my mail and see that he sent an email asking the very questions he asked me on the line , I rep**** with pictures .. No resonse , this morning I call again and I get told they first have to weigh the boxes to see if the item wasnt in . hello ??? how are you going to weigh the boxes ? I have been nothing but a loyal customer and I expect that bottles be sent please as its a gift for secret santa and I wouldnt have ordered it if I didnt need it . I have been loyal and truthful always and I expect you to be too

Was the package tampered with? Was the seal broken? The packages were not tampered with and the seals were not broken I opened it myself Please provide incorrect item ? There is no incorrect item , Its missing it was never in the 2 packages received - 3 Piece VSCO Ombre Time Water Bottle- Blue Please provide images of the labels on the boxes or packages (S-labels/barcodes) Images attached Did you receive any items which you did not order? no . I received 4 items , I ordered 5 How many boxes were delivered to you? 2 Extra information : what i found strange is that I never received a notification that the packages will be delivered today . The original date was second November as they were still waiting for stock of one more item .. I am guessing it was the bottles that was never delivered . Please rectify this because the reason I placed the order in the first place was because of that bottles
