Missing item ***1

I bought a Phillips hair clipper HC5440 and it was delivered yesterday and the shaving stick was not in there send and email at 8:51 to let them know that my parcel was opened and the shaving stick was not in the box, I even called as well just after 9 and spoke to Brian B and he told him he is going to check with the courier company and get back to me as soon as possible because I had told him it was a Father's Day present and he never got back to me i later called around 1 and spoke to Alexandra Smith and she said they will try and get back to me as soon as possible to see if they can do a replacement for me and she send an email asking me to confirm if I had paid the driver and returned the parcel with the driver of which I responded and next thing I am getting an emailing from Keanu Daniels that they are closing the request and merging it into another reference number that was the last I heard from takealot I called today again and spoke to Babalo who told me that they are waiting for the warehouse to confirm the matter and only on Monday I will get feedback very disappointed with service no feedback no communication.
