Missing item

After two weeks my parcel arrived and one of my items were missing. Reported it and after a week still no feedback and just the response they handed it over to DawnWing to investigate. Items was to be delivered on 30 Nov and as on today 19 Des i still have not receiced my replacenent item, this was suppose to be a christmas gift. Now there is only 3 days left for delivery and my husband is probably going to be without a gift.
