Missing item

Good day

I have place an order on the 14 of August last year the courier stated that he won't be able to delivery my parcel to my registered address I have to collect the parcel to the nearest mall .I went there as he requested and when I got home my my parcel had missing item I tried logging a query initially from last year but am not assisted
