Missing glass bowl and Very very Bad Service - Will never buy from this institution again

When I received my chandelier, it had a glass bowl missing in the box when I opened it with the electrician. I phoned several times for two weeks speaking to a consultant and nothing happens. They give me a reference number and nothing happens. Requested several times to speak to a manager - no response. I will never buy from them again. I have paid for something and did not receive it as expected. Very very bad service.
