MISSING CREDIT

I've been trying to reach out on someone from takealot credit as i had credit in my account that was used for my last purchase and because i had issues with my foreign online banking i had to change my payment method to cash, just want to know what happened to the credit, it is not reflecting in my account yet it says it was used and i still have to pay in cash the full amount. Please someone get in touch with me, my parcel is arriving tomorrow.
