Missing content

On Friday (10 June 2022) I received my order but the box was empty. There was nothing in the box. My order number is ***. I contacted Takealot and when I spoke to a consultant she was supposed to be helpful but just ended up cutting me. When I contacted Takealot again I spoke to a person by the name of Tamara. She was not sure when takealot will be able to attend to my problem but the possibility is either on Monday or Tuesday and then I would still have to wait another few days for feedback. Does Takealot intend to give me the item which I purchased or are they wanting to ***** that which rightfully belongs to me. Furthermore, I have not received an invoice on the item purchased which is necessary to have for my warranty
