Missing components on order, no refund

I'm writing to express my outrage and frustration with appalling service. Despite numerous calls and promises, they've failed to resolve my issue, and I'm still waiting for my refund.

Here's a summary of my horrific experience:

- I ordered a product, but it arrived with missing components. - I logged a call, and they collected the item, promising a replacement. - The replacement arrived with the same missing components. - I've called a million times, spoken to different consultants, and each time, they've promised to escalate the issue. But nothing's been done. - The app shows that the return has been "concluded," implying they've washed their hands of the matter.

I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now. I had enough of Takealot's empty promises and *********** service. It's unacceptable that they've treated me like this, wasting my time and energy.
