Missing components from order item

Caution to buying computer components from [URL Removed] Got my order on Monday, that evening I started building the computer with the various items from the order, but the mainboard box is missing the rear mounting plate and sata cables which is suppose to be included but isn't.<br> <br> As it is the mainboard and everything else works fine. Phoned it in on Tuesday morning and have yet the get any solid confirmation or feedback on what takealot is going to do about the missing rear mounting plate which is an important component because as it is now the media pc I built can not be put out of reach from my kid which has already let curiosity get the better of him and tried to stick his fingers into the wide open gap at the back of the pc... had to shelf it until this is resolved, if and whenever that is, which is now 3 days later with no feedback of any kind. Placed my last order order today for the remainder of what I need which hopefully it will arrive with everything it should. Dreading to ever buy from takealot again as obviously if something is wrong you're going to wait and at the time of writing I have doubts they will fix it. Probably end up buying a new mainboard elsewhere.
