Missing Christmas Gifts again.

<p>Usually I would be first in line to sing praise for the Service I receive from TAKEALOT.COM but after my third bungled Christmas gift purchase from them this is at an end.</p> <p> </p> <p>O ordered some items on the 12th of December the one item had a 3-5day delivery time on it which I tough would be fine since there is more than enough time. But after paying suddenly the delivery date was the 23rd of December. And I thought fine the should get it here before then. Boy was I wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent a request for them to cancel the one item that the did not have in stock and send the rest on about the 15th hoping to have the other gifts in time for Christmas I only got a reply by the 20th from one of their support staff that does not seem to understand English.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the message that I sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>"</p> <p>Hi I ordered the Metal Earth Star Wars Episode 7 Poe Dameron's X-Wing Fighter<br /> and it showed that it will take 3-5 days to deliver. I sent 3 more messages to Takealot and got nothing back.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's now the 24th and still I have nothing. So, thanks Takealot your incompetence is now costing me to go and buy new Christmas gifts for my Family and for my 3-month-old son so that I won’t look like an Idiot tomorrow on Christmas day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I won't buy anything else from you gain if I can't help it and I will a tell everyone I know to do the same.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, thanks Takealot thanks for treating me like this I have been loyal to you for more than 15 years and this is thanks I get.</p>
