Missing cable inside the gas stove

I've bought a gas stoves from them, and this was not the first time I buy the exact same product, from them, I've bought it two times before this time was the last item that was received its cable was missing and prear to that there was delays with the deliveries two time the reason was they couldn't find the location, yed they i have recieved in the same location several times before. I need that cables since I paid also for it
