Missing and incorrect items delivered

I ordered six items from Takealot. The delivery was done on 15th June 2023. I received only five items of which only four were correct and one was not (Sta Soft Liquid). I logged a return against that one item and it was collected on the 19th June 2023. The other item which was not delivered was the Brazilian Wigz Styling combo and I could not log anything against it cause it would not let me since it's a non returnable item. I tried to call ***) all day yesterday and today morning for further assistance but their number never goes through or whatever. From my orders I did not receive my Waterproof PU bath pillow and Brazilian Styling combo. I have already returned that Sta soft liquid they delivered to me yesterday and I want my two missing items.
