Missing and damaged products

The first time I ordered from Takealot, I ordered a laptop cover. When I received it, it looked nothing like the photo and was blurry and damaged. I returned it and was pleased by the speedy service and credit to my account. I then used the credit to place another order of 6 books and 2 cosmetic items. I was told the one book had an issue and they removed it from my list and told me I could order it again. By doing so I would have had to pay extra for shipping for that one book alone, whereas if it had gone right in the beginning, I would have not needed to pay for shipping if the book were included with the others.

Nevertheless, I left the book and waited patiently for my cosmetics and other books to arrive. Upon arrival I saw that the makeup was not in the package and I only had the books. One of the books, ironically named The White Book, was very dirty and most certainly not in a pristine condition! And where is the makeup? How can I receive a package that doesn't contain everything I ordered?

I feel very cheated and upset by the terrible delivery service. :(
