Missing accessory, will not refund

I ordered an external M.2 SSD reader. When I received order only the reader unit and usb cable was included in box even though the add stated that a carry bag should be included as well. Nevertheless the product did not work so I returned everything I received.

Now my return status indicates missing accessory and I will not be refunded until it is returned...

An accessory I never received in the first place.

Help for a resolution will be appreciated.
