Missing accessories

I bought a computer box from takeallot.. 3 weeks later I returned unit with all it's accessories.. Now I'm being told that monitor cable and vga cable is missing so cant fix my box and will return unit to me as is.. This is very bad service and it must be sorted ASAP.
