Missed delivery dates and trash service

On the day of delivery the delivery date was bumped to another later date. No explanation or apology. To make matters worse they obfuscate their contact centre telephone numbers to try and herd you into using their antiquated support forms. Holding thumbs Amazon gains further traction in this country so we aren't at the mercy of Takealot's incompetence. What a dumpster fire. If you rely on products getting to you by a promised delivery date, these donkeys aren't a good choice.
