Missed delivery date by 3 days

<p>Ordered on the 5th of September. Told package will be delivered on the 28/09/2016. Next time i went online to check the order, delivery date was changed to 29/09/16. I phoned on the 29th at 16h30, package at Nst branch of Mr. Delivery, will be delivered before 20h00. Hallo????? Its a business address, who works until that time of the evening? Phone them again on 30/09/16 at 10h00. Received a sms, package will be delivered before 11 am. 17h00 still no package. Phone them, promise me delivery by 19h00, even received a sms again with rescheduled time. Arranged with my husband to wait for package. Today, 01/10/2016 at 08:30....still no package. First time buying from TakeAlot. Also the last time.</p>
