MISSED DELIVERY BUT NO PHONE CALL MADE

I am getting sick and tired of takealot. I ordered a phone for my son which is supposed to be his Christmas present. I've been tracking my card but it keeps on saying the "Recipient wasn't available to take delivery ,so we'll reschedule". No one has ever called me. My phone is been on the whole morning.
