Missed delivery

Hi, I missed a delivery on Wednesday (3rd June) and rescheduled using the link immediately after I got the notification for yesterday (4th June) to deliver and the status or updates havent been changed or mentioned when it will be delivered as its still sitting on customer resxheduled for 4th June and yet the date has come and past and the delivery hasnt still come nearly two days later. Please advise when we can expect the delivery as this is now beyond ridiculous and when emailing customer service I just get a response that they will follow up from the branch and get back to me and they are yet to get back to me.
