I bought an Urn from them worth a price of R1193 it works only 2 days then on the 3rd day it was lighting only the power button but not working, then I logged a return request on the 29th of August they sent me an SMS that they will collect on Friday and I received another SMS that they delayed they will come on the 2nd of September to take it back before 5pm and they didn't come , today morning I phoned them ,they escalated my problem I received an email for an apology and they promised me by today they will collect it still they ****, again I text them on my email They said they will escalate it and revert back to me. I just want them to collect the Urn and replace it with another one , I'm heartbroken serious it seems they not taking me for serious
