Misrepresetation of product advertised and supp****.

I recently ordered a Loctite product from Takelot.com. The picture on the takelot.com web page was exactly what I required. After collection of the package, I opened it to discover that the product was different to the product ordered. I returned the product to the Takealot.com delivery point in Waterkloof Ridge and showed the employee what the difference was. I pointed out to him that the package delivered had a paper label stuck on the bubble wrap packaging with the correct details for the Loctite product and that the contents were not the same. He took photographs of product and the packaging and told me that the error would be rectified. I indicated to him that I wanted the product as advertised and not an alternative as the Loctite product is an OEM requirement for the item to be repaired. I have not received the product and have received notification of a credit on my account. I consider this to be misrepresentation and require that Takealot.com supply me with the product as advertised, ordered and paid for.
