Misrepresentation/False Advertising/Bait-and-Switch/Non-Conforming Goods

I bought a Ziaomi 14T Smartphone. However, there seem to be a Misrepresentation/False Advertising/Bait-and-Switch/Non-Conforming Goods considering that after returning the phone for the reason that the colour is incorrect and the Free Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E5 is missing. They still went ahead and still delivered the wrong phone colour and the Free Xiaomi Robot Vacuum E5 is still missing.

I have submitted my complaint but still no response and l am yet to hear from you what is happening.
