Misrepresentation of product - Takealot.com

Very poor service. They sold me a puppy playpen and mislead me to believe it was "durable". My puppy is a tiny yorkie and destroyed it in no time. I tried to return product as it was weak which means they wrongfully advertised it. However they refused at first. Then via email they stated they would make an exception, but used delay tactics soon after by refusing to respond to my emails. I never complain about service but we trust online retailers and they mislead us. This service is very very poor.
