Misrepresentation of goods sold on the site

<p>I placed an order for a Bacardi gift box which includes the Rum and a Bluetooth speaker.<br />What I received were just 3 bottles of Bacardi, no Bluetooth speaker even though the description clearly states "WITH BLUETOOTH SPEAKER". The only reason I bought this was for the bluetooth speaker else I would have bought my Bacardi from Spar Tops where it is much cheaper at present.</p> <p>This is a clear misrepresentation of the product which i purchased.</p> <p>When I contacted Takealot they said they would get back to me with feedback, since then (3 working days ago) I have heard nothing.</p> <p>I have had to try contact them and nobody is getting back to me.</p> <p>The fact that they allow people to **********ly advertise on their site is pathetic and the fact that they treat me, a loyal customer as if I did something wrong is even more patheitc.</p> <p>I cant wait for Raru to get on the E-bucks program so that I never have to use Takealot again. Absolutely pathetic. No wonder the company is in the financial crisis it currently is.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont seem to be able to attach pictures of the item or my order but they are available should anyone require it as Takealot has since then removed the item off their website as if it doesnt exist so i cannot post a link to this item either.</p>
