Misrepresentation of delivery options

I *URGENTLY* need to make and receive a purchase.<br> <br> I checked your website, the item is in stock in Johannesburg.<br> <br> Your FAQ says that you offer courier service to the door, and that I can pay extra to have same day or overnight, available to Main Centres. I was willing to do that.<br> <br> I live in Port Elizabeth. On checkout, only the STANDARD 3 day option was given to me.<br> <br> I called your call centre number, and the agent told me that those options are only available to Johannesburg and Cape Town.<br> <br> So now, I have changed the address to that of my in-laws who live in Boksburg. YOU STILL DON'T OFFER THE EXPEDITED DELIVERY!!!!<br> <br> <br> So three things:<br> 1. NOWHERE ON THE FAQ DO YOU STATE THAT PORT ELIZABETH IS NOT CONSIDERED A MAIN CENTRE. Other websites consider Port Elizabeth one, so it is REASONABLE to expect the SAME from Takealot. (e.g. [URL Removed]<br> 2. Boksburg is NEXT TO the airport where all the couriers have main offices. How could you not consider THAT a main centre?<br> 3. *HOW CAN I GET MY GOODS*??<br> <br> Please call me on my cell to respond.
