Misrepresentation of advertised product, pathetic

I bought a Kendall Straight Panel Headboard from takealot on Saturday 14 May 2022 and the product was delivered on May 26, 2022. upon delivery it turned out that the Kendalls were not STRAIGHT, they are SKEW and that makes the whole thing ugly. I logged a return on June 15th (within the 30-day specified period) but that was immediately rejected with no reason. I am stil stitting with an expensive SKEW kendall in my room and no one is willing to assist from takealot
