Misleading With Their TakeALotMORE

I take back the 5 star rating I posted on November 15, because I just experienced the worst experience ever. I placed an order on November 30, bare in mind I have and pay for TakeALotMORE, the delivery options were only from December 3rd however pick up options were from December 1st, which is next day pick and standard pick up was December 2nd. The pick up / Collection dates were reasonable and made sense, but delivery dates were absolutely ridiculous and I wrote them 2 emails with no response. I am so disappointed to say the least, well that is even an understatement. I am so upset because the only reason I pay for that subscription of their is for the Same Day Delivery, there are time frames, and I placed my order the day before, so they can’t lie and say it was outside of the time frame, hence the pick up dates December 1st was available. I am also very upset that they didn’t respond to any of my emails, how unprofessional. I am one of their loyal customers, as I mentioned in my previous review, I shop every single month, even twice a month and only big orders, I am so disappointed to be treated this way.
