Misleading update

I placed an order which was to be delivered on the 26th June , I had called the call centre at 11:00 because the order was enroute to my address as from 07:15 . I tracked my order at 12:05 to my surprise the order has been rescheduled no call came through to me , to advise my order has arrived I waited all morning for delivery to no avail .
