Misleading their customers

Been a customer for a few years and was happy with their service, except for my last order. I placed an order for phillps hue spot lights that under the product description specifies its a twin pack. And they send me single globe. Paid double the price. I'm not happy as these bulbs aren't cheap. When you try placing your review on takealot they don't approve it.
