Misleading the customer and poor delivery service

I purchased on the 30th November 2022 and the delivery stated on items were 5 to 7 days. After payment the delivery was scheduled for 8 December 2022. They changed it again on the 05 December to 12 December. It is unacceptable as I need some of the he items before that date. They are misleading the customers with the delivery time when you order. This is not the first time it is happening to me. I tried to contact them today on three occasions but they cut the call every time,hence the reason for me writing the review.
