Misleading takelot agents who speak two different languages and some with an attitude

I have just recently bought two vouchers with Takelot because there was a laptop that i wanted to purchase and i was advised by one of the consultant at takealot that i can buy a voucher to complement the balance on my Sbux account in order for me to buy the laptop that i wanted. Now that i have bought the vouchers the laptop that has SBUX payment option was removed on the internet and the same laptop with same price is still there on the internet. I requested for my money to be refunded and now am told i cannot be refunded i must buy and that they cannot override any thing on the side for me to buy. All am asking for is my voucher money and i will go and buy at the Student deals where one has a variety of option than to be mislead to believe that one can process certain orders where they are actually misleading.
