Misleading promise regarding an order placed as recommended by Takealot

I am a premium member of Takealot. I have ordered a Hisense Chest freezer 142 L. I have contacted Takealot to assist with Saturday or Sunday, because during the week, there is no one to receive the order. Hence, I called first before placing the order and I was advised by the consultant to order before 11 am Friday for Takealot to Saturday since I am an eligible as premium member. After placing the order, I am told they met my request for Saturday delivery. I am very disappointed with Takealot and the lack of courtesy for the clients.
