Misleading (false) Information
Misleading information (lies) about the Returns Policy. Takealot claims they will process warranty claims on their help page, BUT, it is impossible to do so. Even the supplier is disappointed with the false information. In my opinion, Takealot is a failed business that is in deep waters both with service and financial problems. Is this why so many people are having so many problems with them?
