Misleading ETAs

Has anyone else noticed that takealot used to send out your order the next day for items they had "in stock". I have placed a few orders lately. I had to cancel one of them as they did not stick to their ETA. Delivery was for 3 days but 3 days later, the order was still pending on their side. I placed another order yesterday and it is now the afternoon of the next day and the order is still just sitting.

I feel like to no longer stick to their estimated ETA's.

I think it is time some competition steps in to get them back to the standards they used to have.

Also, what ever happened to coupon codes. Only new clients get coupon codes. The ones who have been using them religiously get nothing in return for their loyalty.
