Misleading and false advertising

This is for order ***.<br> <br> Right now, and for months already, Doom Collectors Edition (PS4) is listed as *EXCLUSIVE TO TAKEALOT*. This is not true. I discovered this is also for sale on Raru, and is cheaper. Takealot mislead me and got the sale.<br> <br> Add to that, it says the delivery date is Friday, 13th of May 2016 for Main Centres. Upon enquiring with Takealot I have been told by a few different people that East London is actually a Regional Area and I won't get it on the advertised day. Their site actually lists East London as a Main Centre, though. I have sent dozens of mails trying to get clarifation. Only one person has said I will actually get it on time after I pressed them enough but I don't have any faith in this.<br> <br> Everybody else I speak to says that even though East London is a Main Centre, delivery takes a day longer than advertised. ie false advertising. I'm awaiting feedback on promises of updating the website, but it's been months of waiting already.<br> <br> Unless I get some good explanations, I'm going to log a complaint with ASASA. I've mailed and asked to speak with exec level management on the phone but that is ignored everytime. Hopefully you won't ignore this any more.
