Misleading and disingenious

So this morning I saw that the item I purchased was on Sale. I then attempted to cancel my Order #***5 from takealot in accordance to their help section on the website https://tinylink.net/hO4PX

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

On orders that have not yet shipped out of our warehouse, certain changes may apply.

Check the status of your order by using the Order Tracking section on your account profile.

If the status of your order is Not Yet Shipped, you are able to make the following changes to your order:

Change your address Change shipping option (collect or delivery) Cancel an item in your order

The item shows as "NOT YET SHIPPED" However their call center is unable to cancel it, since it already left their warehouse.

This is then either them lying that the item has been shipped or them lying that you can cancel the order as stated above "On orders that have not yet shipped out of our warehouse, certain changes may apply."

None of the people I spoke to on the phone can tell me why it says that and asking to speak someone that can, they only said that they are unable to cancel the order due to the system restricting them. Neither of this is the problem of me as the consumer.
