Misleading adverti*****t

I purchased a hair trimmer and portable Shaver @ R357, I only received the trimmer. the trimmer on its own was R263, if I wanted just a trimmer then I would have paid just for a trimmer. When I was at work, my husband used it before I could submit the return to Takealot. They have sent it back because it was used, I asked them to refund me or send the missing item. They refuse to do do either or. It was misleading false adverti*****t and completely out of my control that the unit was used.
