Misleading advertising of Product

Purchased a 100W Solar Floodlight advertised with a 35W Solar Panel and 3000MaH Lithium Battery. When it arrived I checked the Spec and it was only a 18W Solar Panel and a 15000MaH battery - i,e. half the spec. Takealot said it was an accidental "Parcel Swop" and offered to exchange it but then somehow forgot all about it, although the product with the full spec was still advertised on their Site. After waiting for 3 weeks I sent them a reminder and received an apology and a refund as they stated the product was no longer available. However at time of posting the product is still being advertised with the same spec and at a reduced price. Either I was just fobbed off or they are content in advertising products with much higher specs then they actually are to unsuspecting customers. As far as I am aware this is in contravention of out Advertising laws. Plus they have never posted my poor rating Review of the experience on their Site! Overall shocking experience of a once great Company!
