Misleading advertising by TAKEALOT
Good Day Takealot has not supp**** the AKASO EK7000 Pro 4k Action Camera with Touch screen & Waterproof Camera I ordered as per the Ad…..it I stipulated that the camera comes with a touch screen and is the PRO series. What I have received is not the PRO series. The ordinary EK7000 has different functionality from the advert of the EK7000 Pro. I reached out to Takealot info@takealot and to the *** but have yet to receive a response. The item is still being advertised on Takealot.

In the interim, whilst Chante was investigating, there was a model that is deemed to be the correct touch screen model for R2679 (discounted on takealot by 23%)
Chante ignored my request for the possible replacement of the incorrect model supp**** and gave me the option of a refund or credit. This is not a suitable alternative after me paying and expecting tho receive the model advertised.

Good Day ChanteYou have not responded on the touch screen action camera that was advertised.Your investigation is incomplete, and response is not suitable. The advert was misleading in stating it was a touch screen. I would prefer a suitable replacement of the advertised product. I gave you the alternative of replacing with the recent advertised product. The price on the product has now gone up. I am also disadvantaged by you taking this long to respond else I could have ordered the alternative myself. Most disappointing response considering misleading advertising. Kindly advise further before I decide on further steps.
