Misleading advertising

<p>I ordered a laptop with 16GB's of RAM and it came with 4GB when it was advertised as 16GB on the info page. Prior to this, I received the wrong package before receiving the laptop, When calling their call centre I was told "That's the amount of RAM it can have, not the amount of RAM it comes with." This gives me the impression that all the specs are the possible specs I can upgrade the laptop to and not the specs that are presnt on the product, which simply can't be true.</p>
