Misleading

I ordered a parcel a few weeks back. And I did not mind waiting for it, but I received information stating that my parcel with be delivered on a certain day, & since then I have been waiting. I placed other orders after that & they were delivered nicely. And to my surprise I'm still waiting and when I'm tracking it they is not much information. This is not good customer service for takealot. They are losing me as a customer.
