Friday bought items at takealot Laptop Pressure Cooker Chaffing dish

And the delivery date was set for the 10th of DEC due to the delay of pressure cooker nd chaffing dish not being in Cape Town so I phone in as I saw laptop is on their warehouse in Cape Town i asked them to split the delivery they agreed as the laptop is as urgent matter my son is going to UK FRIDAY he need it thn collection date for laptop was change to a 5 Dec I was ok with that till this morning I was it has been changed again to the 10th I phone in I spoke to SIMON I explained to her and I told her that TUESDAY I EVEN asked for refund but they assured me that on the 5th it’s coming but now it’s changed to 10th and I need it I even offer to pick up on warehouse she said she escalated the matter but not has changed on app no communication from them please I need laptop ASAP
