Mishandling of returned items.

Bought two TVs, but upon receiving them I realised the TV mounts I have doen't fit the TVs so I logged a return. Only one of the boxes were opened since they are both the same model and brand.

The boxes were collected from my in full, with all accessories, etc.

Between the driver and the collection team and the return inspection SOMEONE lost a foot piece, and it wasn't me.

Now I will be the one paying for this, this is not fair!
