Mishandled, inconvenienced, no communication

Very disappointed on how my order was handled. The back and forth emails, no credit given, no refund and no communication. I have shopped with Takealot for a couple of years and the treatment on this one was **********. No consumer deserves how this order is handled. An issue from April until now, with no resolution. I'm utterly disappointed and frustrated.
