Mirror mirror on the fridge

I purchased a Hisense 305L Bottom Freezer Fridge with Water Dispenser- Black Mirror and my word I feel like jumping off a clif after paying 7 grand , does Takealot not QC the items before delivering or have a check list with the manufacturer. Now I have returned the same frige twice 1st it was late delivery now the product has multiple factory faults. This is some bul**** service from a well renowned e-commerce shop. I am disappointed.
